Can I get a refund?

In the US you can refund yourself from your account within 30 days of your first payment and within 30 days of your first renewal. The refund also ends your membership. Later renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time.

In the EU you have 14 days to withdraw from your membership, from your account. We refund what you paid for the days you did not use.

Anywhere else, or if something went wrong, email support@askmidnight.app with the date and the amount. Banks usually show a refund within 5 to 10 business days. Our refund policy has the details.
